Francesco Mainardi
Francesco Mainardi (born December 29, 1942) is an Italian physicist and mathematician who have many peer-reviewed articles that are published by arXiv, World Scientific, and many other journals with the highest citation of 11136 as of 2014.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Francesco Mainardi )〕
==Biography==
Mainardi was born in Lugo, Italy. He became a professor of mathematical physics at the University of Bologna after he graduated from there in 1966 with a degree in theoretical physics. From 1971 to 1973 he was a lecturer at the Marche Polytechnic University on a subject of rational mechanics. Currently he teaches non-Gaussian stochastics and mathematics among other science related subjects at the same place. He also gave courses on statistical mechanics and fractional calculus among others at the same place. From January 24-28 of 2000 he worked for the Center for Mathematical Physics and Stochastic at the University of Aarhus, Denmark.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Concentrated Advanced Course on Lévy Processes )〕
